    Hi, please see attached. When a user has a product in their cart, and they click on the cart dropdown in the header, then try to remove the product by clicking X, nothing happens. The only thing that happens is it adds a # into the URL. But clicking remove doesn’t remove the product. There’s a free product on our site to replicate this.

    Hi,
    Please deactivate all plugins except woocommerce to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    What I mean is all of them are / any plugin. I tried activating only one at a time… but anytime another plugin is activated, this issues surfaces…

    Have you found any specific plugin to cause this issue? Have you customie theme through child theme?
