Remove Duplicate Founder Name on Homepage

I would like to remove the duplicate founder name under the photo in the Meet Our Founders section of my Homepage. This is occurring because I did not like having the professional name in the header on the team page and thus combined it with the professional title. Would ideally like the name to still be ‘clickable’.

Also, when you hover over the picture and the social pop up I would like to change that word from “Follow” to “Connect”.

Finally, not a huge fan of the picture shifting up to reveal that ‘Follow’ box. Is there a way to simply make that pop up over the bottom of the photo?

And you would need to modify the php files in order to modify the follow feature.
