Hi,
I have changed in simple.php at /themes/neighborhood/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/

Put given below code after this code if ( ! $product->is_purchasable() ) return;
$options = get_option('sf_neighborhood_options');
$sf_catalog_mode = $options['enable_catalog_mode'];
