    hello.

    we need the comments section not visible. both on pages and posts. to disable them via discussion panel just stops new comments. we need that section invisible at all.

    You would need to hide them for each post/page and then for new posts/pages they will automatically be turned off. If you don’t want to do this, you can hide them with CSS:

    .comments-wrap {
      display: none;
    }

    Hi Kyle,
    I tried that on mine, but it’s still there. I really don’t want to have to create a child theme and mess with php. Anything else I could do? There aren’t any options per post or per page to disable them.

    You don’t need to create a child theme, just copy and paste that code in Theme Options > Custom CSS
