Release 1.6 Problems

Just installed 1.6 and there are widespread problems everywhere. Every page seems to be broken somehow. I’m trying to go live soon, so I will be rolling this back. Thankfully, I made a backup before the upgrade.

Here are a few of the problems:

– Social links on the top header back and in the footer are duplicated. Two twitters, two facebooks, etc. The icons in the header are also smaller now but maybe that’s a responsive resize?

– Product images on the homepage from the Shop Products are at least as twice as big as before.

– Product category page has gigantic thumbnails (not really thumbnails anymore) and a page of white space between the header and first product.

– Swift Page Builder page with two columns of text blocks now has overlapping paragraphs and the page width is not respected. It horizontally scrolls to the right.

– Recent Posts widget also now has image “thumbnails” about 3 times as big as before.

Hi,

q1) Have you updated the plugin ‘Swift Framework’ also, it’s vital that is also upgraded.

q2) Do you have a child theme activated? – If so, those template files will need to be updated to the latest.

Also if you can add a link and login to your site that would be great.
