Hi,
Please go to Admin -> Theme Options -> Blog Options -> Main detail Options ->
-> Include related article -> Please check this box and update options and hopefully that should help you sure.

Hi there,

Please ensure that you have the “Include related articles” checkbox ticked in the post meta options, for each post – and also ensure that you have tags set. Tags are how the related articles are shown as related.
