It’s been very frustrating experience so far. The list of bugs and inconsistencies is too long to talk about. I would like to request a refund. How do I proceed?

Hi Dave,

Sorry to hear that, however I’m unaware of any known bugs that have not been fixed, or are fixed ready to go in the next update (and always available by request immediately). I must say that any bugs you are experiencing are likely user error, and we’ll be happy to assist. I see you’ve only logged 1 support topic before this..?

Anyway, unfortunately authors do not have the ability to provide users with refunds. You will need to go to Envato – http://support.envato.com/
