Can they disable all restrictions temporarily so we can see if it works?

That’s what I’ve been seeing for forever – what restrictions should they disable? Sounds like they think it should work perfectly now. Maybe give me something to copy-paste to them since I’m not really sure what you mean.

You said they whitelisted the cdn domain I provided. that means that they are probably blocking everything else.
This is a server settings issue that is a huge area and it’s not within our responsibility, but we are trying to help has much as we can.

The only customer we had like this was related to the restrictions that were being applied in the servers, it was never a theme issue.

If can or to install the theme in another hosting or install it locally in the computer to confirm what I’m saying.

How is Hostgator? I’m looking at their managed WP package. That or WpEngine but that seems super pricey for my little site.

I have a hostgator Baby plan in my development websites for the last 4 years, and never had any problems with it.
For me it’s seems the best choice in the shared plans based on my own experience.

As for my current host – they wrote:

“Thank you for the details. I have disabled firewall and mod_security for your domain. Can you please check now and let us know the status.”

It’s still the same for me after clearing cache etc.

ok Good luck with the new hosting. Those warnings from my antivirus are not a good indicator maybe another clients in that shared hosting are using the hosting to illegal stuff and maybe where marked in a blacklist.

Yeah eleven2 doesn’t seem to be on the up and up on any of that, sadly enough. They were great for about 7 years. Not sure what happened. Thanks so much for the help!
