    As you can see in the attached there is something NRQ here and there are way too many related products that are not displaying nicely.

    Can you please advise where to adjust the number?

    You can find 

    							'showposts'=> 4, // Number of related posts that will be shown.

    in single.php — the number should be 4, so only 4 should display.
    If you can let us know your wp-admin login details we’ll check out why it’s not working for you.

    By default the shows posts line in single.php is 4 and our site is showing 12. When I change the 4 to any other number it doesn’t seem to recognize it at all. Any other suggestions on this?
