Recommended image size for fancy title background?

Hello,

In Dante documentation, there is no recommendation about the size of images for background of fancy title yet.

So far I’ve tried in vain:
– to upload a dozen of sizes and ratios,
– to change the image size in settings,
– to come back to boxed layout,
– etc.
There is either a repetition on the sides of the image or a weird “zoom” – current example of the latter on the page below:

Can you please indicate the recommended size of images used as backgrounds of fancy titles:
– in full width mode (my target),
– in boxed layout (currently),

Hi there,

Looks like you’re using an alt background for the fancy heading, rather than uploading an image in the provided upload section? For the image size, I’d recommend 1200 x 500 for both.

Please can you also confirm you are using Dante v1.2?

Hi,

I’ve updated my theme version, resized all images to 1200 * 500, uploaded the images in the adequate upload section (you were right for the alt background previously).

Unfortunately, it is not really better. It is really a pity as this option of images for titles were one of the key features I had bought this theme for… It works fine in the demo. Any other suggestion?

Have you updated to Theme Version 1.5 ,released 2 days ago ?. Please confirm if the update has fixed the issues.
