    I have resolved the issue so please check and let me know your feedback.

    Code Remarks-:
    widget-comments.php at dante/swift-framework/widgets/
    Find this code

    $comment_date = get_comment_date('', $comment->comment_ID);
$comment_date = mysql2date('U', $comment_date);

    Replace with
    $comment_date = mysql2date('U', $comment->comment_date);
