Random margin or padding that is making site too wide

site seems like it doesn’t fit on the screen properly anymore. on the right side i see a black margin or padding that shouldn’t be there.

Can you try to disable all the plugins clear the cache and test again? So we can discard any plugin conflict.

Hi Rui,

 

I deactivated all plugins and cleared the cache but it did not resolve the issue. I can’t afford to keep the plugins deactivated for long. Can you look into this a different way. Please help

Hi,

The idea of deactivating the plugins was only for testing an you should activate them after making the test. I didn’t explain everything, apologize.

It seems to be related with your child theme because it does’t happen with the parent theme. Check your modifications.

Hi,

Probably your child theme versions are from an older version that had this problem.
With the css Mohammad provided you won’t have any further issues with it.

There is no easy workaround to do this.
It will be necessary to apply your modifications again in the new theme files.

You dont need to update child theme because child theme dont have any updated version.
