    @creatorofstuff – If you could post a link to your site, I’ll happily fix your css and add it to the next version!

    Can you let me know what the problem exactly is we need to fix? I’m not sure if I understand. In one post someone said that the quick view bar is not aligned properly but it is on your site. In another post they say that you need to click the lower right corner of the button to quick view the items but that also works on click everywhere.

    Can you let me know what you need fixed?

    The quick view bar IS aligned properly (now). You are correct about that.

    The problem is that the button does not actually work on click everywhere, depending upon what browser you use. I have had 3 other people (in completely different parts of the country) verify this.

    In Safari, it only works in the exact right hand corner.

    In Firefox, it works completely randomly. In Chrome it seems like it might work the first time on page load but not after that. Did you try clicking multiple times? I don’t have IE so I can’t test that but I figure if it doesn’t work on the other three then that is already a problem.

    Thank you!

    Hi there,

    Try the following custom css, should hopefully fix it:

    ul.products li.product a.quick-view-button {
    	display: block;
    	top: -36px!important;
    	text-shadow: none!important;
    }

    Hi!

    The WooCommerce Quick View button works well now with the css code!

    But the content that appear in the Quick View “window” looks very wrong.

    Any suggestions how to solve this?

    Thanks!

    jep. check the short description at the bottom of the productpage. You can post there any code you like.

    Ed,
    There is no change at all for me. The button still only works randomly. 🙁 I’m surprised to hear it is working for anyone else.

    Just as an aside, someone said this to me – “it is listening for a click event to create the pop up, try attaching to mousedown instead. Moving panels shouldn’t be an issue then.” But I don’t know exactly what that means or how to address it. Do you think they were correct?

    @creatorofstuff – make sure you have cleared your cache, as this could be a possible reason for randomly working on/off.

    @marcus.albertsson – can you provide a link to check?

    Ed, thank you!!! Yes, it was the cache. (Duhhh…) I’m really, really happy about this, and I appreciate very much your working with me (and everyone else here) to get this plugin working.

    Maybe this fix for this plugin would be a good thing for your knowledge base section, as I would think there must be more folks out there wanting this type of feature. (Or better yet, maybe a future release of your theme will incorporate it.)

    Anyway, you have shown your support to be top notch here, and I can’t thank you enough for your help!

    Oh darn. One last question. Can you imagine any reason why the “x” (to close the quick view window) would show when you open from the shop items on the home page but NOT from the shop page?

    Strange…

    Likely some specific css. Can you provide a link to the page where it doesn’t show?

    Add the following custom css:

    .post-type-archive-product .pp_details { display: block!important; }

    Excellent!!! That did the trick. Once again, thank you very much for hanging in there to get this working. You are the best!
