    Hi,

I just noticed that if I click the “quickview” icon on the product and then i click “ADD TO CART”, the item cart icon will jump, but the item did not get added.

    Please help.

    Thanks,

    Hi @bioterraherbs

The plugin developers have just released a new update, which we will include in the next Atelier update.

    Hi Ed,

Do you have the approximate time that new update will be available? I need to make my site go live next Monday.

    Sincerely,

    Hi

Will unlikely be before then as there is not much else for us to add to the update just yet. I’d recommend just turning off quickview until after the update

    Hi there,

If you delete the plugin completely, and then reinstall through Appearance > Install Plugins, the latest version will be installed.

    Hi Ed,

Do you mean the Swift Framework plugins?

Just checked locally and all works fine – must be something to do with your setup. Do you have any caching enabled? Try disabling any other plugins you have active.

    Hi Ed,

I tried to disable all plugins that I installed and still have the same issue.

Can you please test with the default WordPress theme active? Also check your server error logs. The AJAX request sent to add the product to cart is returning 0 on the quickview for some reason.
