Add the code bellow to theme custom css option located in the General options.

#header-section #header {
padding-top: 20px!important;
padding-bottom: 10px!important;
}

You can enable Maintenance Mode again.

Another question, how can I show my menu in the mini header. Now it only shows the shopping basket. I have header example 4.
