Questions about header ans stuffs

Hi,
1- Why there is in the grey space the name of the article ? How to delete it ?
This is normal because you are using the blog element with masonry layout. Many items will be listed like this.

Why the article looks like this in the home page (very small). How to change that to get for example something like this website http://traficmania.com/.
2- You should insert the content through the Swift page builder element[Text block] while you are using blog element with masonry layout.

3- Every page have page meta. Please create a page as you want and make it home page through Admin > Settings > Reading > Choose Front home page.

Note:- 1&2 point may be solve if you follow point three. As i know that you have selected Latest posts as home page.

If you look at this website, http://traficmania.com/, i dont think he uses Front Home Page but last articles.

So if i want to get the last articles on the home page, i dont understand how changing the articles with the Swift page builder will change how it appears on the home page.

You talked about “blog element with masonry layout”. I dont really get what is it. Can we change that to different layout ?

If you look at my website http://www.massivecrevette.fr/ i got few questions.

1) How to change the title of the article on the home page : size, colour, space with the excerpt…
2) How to change the date on the top if i want to delete it for example
3) When i try to add a thumbnail, i got a big big pictures. How to get a small one. I used “images à la Une” with pthers themes for example to get a nice picture to illustrate the article.

1) To change the title, edit the post and add in your new title. The color is changed within the Color Customizer => Color – Shortcodes

2) Edit the post and change the post date publish time. http://d.pr/i/19Od3

3) Are you referring to the single post hero image, ex: http://www.massivecrevette.fr/article/ ?

Lets take the example of this website because i know he uses Dante : http://traficmania.com/

You see the home page ? With the nice blue titles, the shares and stuffs just below, the pictures with the excerpt ?

How to get something like that ?

Look at my website http://www.massivecrevette.fr, i am sure you see easily how the title and the excerpt are ugly…

I tried two different way for the home page
1) swift page builder with “blog” : the title is next to the excerpt, i dont know how to change the font of it, the space…its ugly
2) swift page builder with “recent posts” : when i try to use one column and put a picture, the size of it is so big…ugly too.

About the date, what if i want a content without any date ?

The ‘Option 1’ mentioned is the best way forward for the blog, the font is changed within Theme Options => Fonts.
