We are a print company and are using the TEAM section to describe the paper stocks we use. We are putting in longer descriptions with some shortcodes and the full description with the shortcode html text is showing up on the main ABOUT page.
I would like to only show the first few lines for each TEAM member on the ABOUT page – and if user clicks on title they will go to the full page with longer description. Let me know if this is possible.

Apologies in advance if this is an easy answer (forgive my ignorance).

Hi, have you tried using the read more tag?

As this section is used for team member biographies one wouldn’t usually want to display only a few lines, but please try using the read more tag.
