22 hours ago I posted “Live Site Completely Broken (urgent)”.
Since then I see responses for not so critical layout issues:
“Semi transparent header”
“Display Issues”
“Wishlist”
and more.
When a live site breaks and we submit a post with (Urgent) in the subject line, why do these other topics of lesser urgency receive a response and We Are Still Waiting?
If you are looking into our serious issue (we submitted full admin access) then would you please, at the very least, let us know?
Or, if we are not following some guideline, please tell us what we need to do.
