Nothing really changed. Just updates to wordpress, cardinal etc. Don’t know what has happened.

Try disabling maintenance mode temporarily?

I’ve double checked maintenance mode here and can’t replicate the same redirection. Nothing has changed in recent updates either, has to be something server related but unfortunately I’ve got no idea where you’d begin to start looking for that :/
