Purchase code is not accepted during installation

We’ve purchased the Dante WordPress theme on ThemeForest recently. Unfortunately we are not able to install the template because the system does not accept the Purchase code we have received. I’ve checked the available information on your website and could download the purchase code but it does not solve the situation, our web designer keeps receiving the following answer:

“You can find your purchase code by selecting the License Certificate option under LayerSlider’s Download button on your CodeCanyon Downloads page.
It seems you’ve received LayerSlider by a theme. Please note that the auto-update feature only works if you’ve purchased the plugin directly from us on CodeCanyon.”

There isn’t available information on any additional code from Code Canyon. The code we received is identical to the one with which I’ve registered on your site.

You will not have a purchase code the layerslider as it comes bundled with the theme, to get a purchase code you will need to by your own licence

We buy an extended licence for the plugin so we can include it with the theme for free, so you can use it for free. You don’t need to activate a licence, the plugin will work without, you just can’t get automatic updates, but we provide the latest version in our theme updates
