Why can you not import the file? Have you gone to Contact Form 7 > Import

Hello Kyle, thanks for your answer; I went to Contact Form 7> Import, but I can not find a way to import. I think you should tell me the procedure, which I am not clear. At this time in Contact Form 7 am only ([contact-form-7 id = "11137" title = "Contact form"]). I downloaded the file from DropBox (cardinalpersonal.wordpress.2014-09-01). Can you tell me how to proceed from this point?

Can you provide admin access so we can try and import the contact form 7 data?
Use the private reply option.

I am developing the template locally with MAMP.

You should to the general WordPress Import option not contact 7 import.
Go to Tools-> Import -> WordPress choose xml file that was shared in DropBox

Hit the Upload file and import button, and after that press submit.

Check in Contact Option if the form are there. It import’s 2 forms(Project Planner, Contact Form 1)
