Hi there.

We’re using the WooCommerce API to import our products. When we import products they are live, but not shown in categories and on the shop page, until we manually enter each product and press “Update” – we don’t even need to change anything for it to work, just press update.

I can use the Theme builder and get products to show without any problems, but they won’t show in categories – I don’t really understand why, but it seems like there is something blocking it.

Please advice 🙂

Hi,

It seems a problem from the API.

Try this after importing several products got to the products list and do a bulk selection an click on quick edit an them save. to see if it works so you can avoid update each product.
