Products Not Displaying

Hi there,

I was hoping you could help. I am having difficulty viewing any products. I followed the woo commerce demo on creating products and categories, and yet they show on the back end however dont show on the front end?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey guys,

This isn’t a known issue with the theme, so all I can think is that you aren’t setting the product images correctly.

@bbadmin – just checked your site and images are working fine?

@maggiesfarm – just checked your admin area, and you don’t have a featured image set for the product?

Thanks for your help! Finally we’re getting there 🙂
We had placed the images in the product variations section , as we were were wanting multiple colours of the same product.

We had set a featured image before but we’ve tried a lot of things to get it to work, adding product galleries, taking them away, clearing the cache etc. We must have thought it wasn’t helping.

Anyway it seems to be working now though!

Although when we scroll over the picture it only shows the featured image and not the dress colour selected, that and the selected dress is only showing when the ‘colour and size’ have been selected not just the ‘colour.’ :s ?

Hi, I’m not sure if I understand correctly, but have you set all variations up for your variable product and linked them? Cheers
