Products not appearing in shopping cart

Hi!

We have an ongoing problem with seemingly random products not showing up in the shopping cart, which of course is a big problem for our customers.

You can try and add multiple products to see for yourself (pretty hard to take a screenshot of it). The problem kicks in when you try to view the shopping bag where 1 or more products “dissappear” but some still occur.

I read that it could be a conflict between plugin(s), the theme and woo commerce but I have no idea how to check which one it is.

I hope you can help as it is a big problem for us.

Hi,

First of all, make sure the theme and the plugings are up to date.

1. Try to disable all the plugins or only woocommerce related except woocommerce, and try to replicate the issues. If that didn’t produce any issues, some plugins are the reason behind it. If still the problem exists,
2. Try switching the theme to a default theme, and try to replicate the same.

Thank you for the quick reply. The theme and all the plugins are up to date. I tried to deactive the plugins as you advised and it seemed to help. How should I move forward after this?

Did you try using TwentyFourteen to see if the issue happens with that theme?

Hi Kyle

I have just tried with the TwentyFourteen. It still happens. But maybe it’s only for “variable” products? With that I mean a product where you have to choose between different colours.
