Product thumbnails showing twice and sidebars in shop displaying at bottom

Hi – awesome theme and great support!
i have been through all the posts i can find about these problems but no resolution as yet.

The product thumbnails on my site are showing twice in carousels and on the shop page, so they all line up, but the duplication is not wanted! See “Patmos” on page 2 of shop here.

I have regenerated thumbnails and updated to latest theme this morning.

Also, since updating the theme, the sidebars in the shop are displaying at the bottom of the page.

Thanks for the update, the sidebar on the shop page is now fixed.

However, the problem with the thumbnails has not been fixed.
See the product called “Patmos” on the attached image at this link:

the code supplied has worked on some products on certain pages, but not all!

Examples not working below:

See “Jimi Hendrix” on the home page carousel:
