Product Thumbnails not showing on Shop Page and other pages

Hello!

I am having an odd problem I cannot seem to get around: I have just added all my products to the shop and whilst the single product image is showing properly, the thumbnails are not showing on either the shop page or any of the cross-sell and featured products areas.
I am wondering what I have done wrong? I have set the thumbnail sizes and regenerated the thumbnails, to no avail.

I would greatly appreciate if someone could have a look for me? I will add my URL and login details as a private reply.

The version of Neighborhood is 1.8 – purchased and downloaded it last week.

P.S. Am I allowed to customize the theme name as I did?

Please upload a fresh copy of the theme, don’t change the name, and check if it fixes the issue

Thank you for your help. I’ve re-downloaded and re-uploaded the theme without changing the name and the thumbnails are appearing.
