    Hi – This particular product is having an error when generating the featured image thumbnail size. it’s showing a longer narrower version…though it’s the exact same size 1200×1586 as the gallery image:

    And same size as it’s mate:

    No, I haven’t changed the Setting image sizes so shouldn’t need to regenerate thumbnails.

    Please look more carefully! Sorry but too many support posts are taking a very long time to resolve due to good review of submissions.

    See attached the blue pendant lamp thumbnails screen grab. Can you see they are different sizes thought the original images are the same size? Also note the red lamp page has the same setup but no problem with thumbnail size.

    Hi – I regenerated the image from PSD to JPG again and reuploaded and the issue is resolved.
