    Every time I try to change the product short description it simply reverts back to the old one. Any ideas?

    Several colleagues are having the same issue on different browsers/systems.

    We have tried changing it in both the main short description box and the custom field.

    Managed to figure it out, there are three places you can enter the short description, it seems that it will only change if you change it in the product meta section, the other two boxes have no effect.

    Exactly, it all depends if the page builder is activate or not in the product pages.
