product review problems

Hi –

Part 1
When on a product page, if the user clicks “Reviews (0) There are no reviews yet, would you like to submit yours?”, the modal box for Write a Review comes up. However, it’s impossible to actually write and submit a review because as soon as the mouse hovers over the product image below, the image comes to the foreground and covers a large part of the review box. Please see attached the screen grabs.

Part 2
Is there any way to make the “review” call to action stronger by having a review button on the product page or other more obvious method than making the users click into the review section which just looks like you are going to read other people’s reviews not proactively make a review.

this sure is possible, but I’m afraid it’s not built into the theme and would have to be modified especially for you. We’d love to help you with this customization but we are only able to provide support for basic theme issues and bug fixes. Hi, I have the same problem so I added the above code in custom css – now when i want to leave a review, the image is not overlapping the review – but it’s worse when I clicked on submit review – it crashed completely the site http://www.cliclicase.com

also in the same section: need help: i want the contact us link to go straight to contact page, i added the link http://www.clickicase.com/contact/ in help bar text but it doesn’t work.
