    When i reload the main page of the site the product pictures appear two times with an offset
    then its ok.

    would be nice if it could be fixed ??

    Its loading two pictures at the star page and on the shop site.

    Hi

    I’m afraid this is not something that can really be fixed, you get a glimpse of the second image whilst the page is loading because the JS is working out the height that it needs to set. Some people’s sites do it quicker than others, it just depends on how fast your server is

    could i fix it by uploading pictures with an other height?
    or which height does it need?

    or is it possible to let it load a white picture so there is no glitch/flickering visible?

    I will forward this to the developer to see if there’s anyway to stop it from happening.

    ok theres antoher problem which could perhaps bring us to the solution of the first problem?

    at the product page there are the high res product pictures but also the small (low res) product ovierview picture.

    i dont want that this picture is loaded into the product page…how can i turn this off ?

    is it possible that its the other way round and at the start page there are two pictures loaded the small one and also the high res one (which shouldnt) ?

    here are the other pictures.

    i think this is really the solution.

    in words:
    1. load only the thumbnails not the high res picture on overview
    2. load only the high res pictures on the product page

    in code:
    ???:-)

    perhaps now we can find a solution?
    hope you understand what i tried to

    Hi there,

    Try this custom css:

    .woocommerce ul.products li.product figure {
    padding-bottom: 270px;
    }

    Hope that helps!

    problem with the product overview double loading is solved ! thanks a lot youre all great.

    but also a big problem is the issue that on the detail product page the thumbnail is loaded and looks really crappy ๐Ÿ™
    how can i tell the theme to load just the high res pictures….see upper post. ?

    Your image is only 270px x 270px – hence why it’s blurry. If you want the image area to be smaller, check out this guide: http://support.swiftideas.net/knowledgebase/resize-the-product-image-details-area/

    the problem is that the product thumbnail is also loaded into the slider.
    so i got a 270×270 picture for the product picture and bigger high res pictures for the product site.

    but i want that the:
    attachment-shop_thumbnail wp-post-image

    isnt loaded into the product site.

    dont you understand my problem ?

    The thumbnail ideally shouldn’t be 270×270, it should be larger (as it will be resized to fit). It should also be at least 540×540 for retina displays.
