    Hi I’m having an issue with product page thumbnails .
    Thumbnails on individual product pages usually appear inside a box with a border but sometimes they just display at their own ratio. It seems that they are boxed if they are close enough to a square anyway but if they are too far outside that then it breaks down.
    Is this built into the theme or is something wrong here?
    Ideally all the thumbnails would appear in the bordered boxes, whatever the ratio.
    I’ve attached a picture which has one thumbnail displaying without a border in a portrait ratio and three that display correctly even though they are not perfect squares.

    Hi,

    Did you use any plugin for those image gallery, We don’t support 3rd party plugins here. I recommend you to use the theme’s default gallery way to include gallery in the product page.
