Product Page – Meta Options

Hi,

I entered content in one of the product page, under Meta Options> Product Meta > Product Description (Product Short Description) using one of the Swift Framework Shortcodes. Then if you go to the site (http://74.206.228.49/shop/) and change to “List Layout”. In the second product (as well as in the attachment), you will see the codes for Shortcodes also appeared. How can I just have the descriptions and not the codes for Shortcodes appears?

The URL you had is correct. It is working for me here. Can you try a different browser?

That now redirects to http://www.newdev.com/wp-admin/

This webpage is not available This is typically caused by network issues, but can also be the result of a misconfigured firewall or proxy server.

Could you paste here the shortcodes you are adding on, I can try and replicate also.

Hi David,

Other people from the support have no problem accessing the site. No worries. What I did not is disable the option for different type of listing. It will just display products in 6 columns.
