Please do, just to confirm: to trigger this error on your site you are simply switching between the product page thumbnails from ‘bottom’ to ‘left’ in Theme Options -> Product Options? No other steps?

That is correct.

Unfortunately we were really hoping to use the left thumbnails for our page. But each time I turn it on the images disappear.

Hi,

I still cannot replicate this, clearly there is a difference. Can I ask you to update the theme and SF plugin: http://dev.oristand.co/wp-admin/update-core.php.
