Have you got that enabled? Theme Options => Newsletter/Subscribe Bar Options => Enable Newsletter/Subscribe Bar or Enable Newsletter/Subscribe Bar Globally.

Also do you know how to get rid of underline on the subject head in my product page e.g. Shirting etc.

For the transparent sticky you will need this:

.header-wrap #header-section .is-sticky #header.sticky-header {
    background-color: transparent!important;
}

Please add a screenshot to illustrate what are refering to for the single product line.
