    When I switch the theme over to the new “Product Overlay Transition Type: Fade” – the product transition does nothing. Actually I think nothing should be an additional option, but in this instance I would like to test “Fade”. So, would you be so kind as to see if things are working on your end?

    This does not happen on our installations, so if you need help with a specific problem on your website, I would always need to see your site live please.

    Could you tell me your website URL please? You can do so by typing it into a reply.

    Brookebot,

    We had the same problem. At the risk of stating the obvious, check to be sure that your featured image and the first image in your gallery are not the same. If they are, the fade effect will appear to not be working because it’s fading from img01 to img01.
