    Hi

    Since a couple of days we seems to have a major problem with all our products holding product options. They have been working perfectly until now. But due to this we’re droping a lot of sales every day. As you can see on the attached image, this product is supposed to show 6 number of length for the customer. A lot of our products needs to be selected with different options. Please help me, this is really affecting business…

    Check that your products are set as variable products and not simple products

    Hi Kyle

    Yeah they are all still variable products just like before. I have tried discarding and adding the variations again, disabling cache, saving the product again but the problem remains. This is affecting all our product variations all over the site…

    I know we once had a problem with the YITH Plugin Waitlist and we decided to delete it. But it was about 6 months ago. I tried disable all the YITH plugins but this didn’t seem to effect this issue this time

    It seems you’re using plugins for some functionality of products, 2 red flags I can see that may be causing this issue:

    Unfortunately they are not affecting this issue. I tried disabling them but unfortunately it’s no difference. Must be some other error

    Could the error be that my child theme needs to be uppdated or is causing the main theme to be disrupted?

    This is an overview of my files. I have tried disable the simple.php but it won’t affect the isue. Attaching my child CSS as well.

    Try activating the parent theme to see if the issue remains

    Please disable all plugins, leave only WooCommerce and Swift Framework active. Please clear your cache and re-test.

    Unfortunately this could be tricky since I don’t have a developing site. To shut everything off would cause a lot of problems for our visitors. Is it possible to investigate it through inspection tools in the browser? See if a script or something is disrupting the loading of this function?
