Product Layout is not the same as in Dante demo when viewing on mobile

Hi,

I have just checked some of the products for my shop on a mobile and noticed the layout was not the same as is in the Dante demo page.

Here is the url for example of the Nike Roshe trainer example that comes with dante on my site

When viewing in mobile view you can see on mine it does not look responsive as the right column gets squashed instead of stacking in 1 column – see attached screenshots.

Also, on my site in the related product carousel, the add to cart and add to wishlist button don’t work when viewing on an actual mobile device – samsung galaxy s5 – they do work on the dante demo!!

Please help!!

I changed the name of the theme and re-installed the Dante theme which seems to have resolved the responsive part of woocommerce, not sure what was altered to affect it . . .

Anyway, even with the fresh dante theme install, the related products aren’t clickable on mobile. The dante theme demo on your website – they are.

I just tested on my iPhone and I was able to click the related products?

It doesn’t work on my samsung galaxy s5. If I click an item and then click an item in the related products carousel, nothing happens, if I click the cart icon in browser, the link active colour shows but does not add the item to cart.

If I try it in Chrome browser on the same phone, nothing happens at all.

If I try on a galaxy ACE, then the navigation menu text does not show either 🙁

That’s odd, I don’t have a Galaxy to test on so will have to forward this to the developer to see if he knows what could be causing the issue

The related products dont work in either browser on my samsung s5 – even on the dante demo site !!

That also happens in my Galaxy S4 in both sites. We will check this with the development team.

Hello,

I have same problem with related products on mobile phone.
When viewing product page on mobile and trying to click on one of the related products, it does not work. Using Samsung Galaxy s3mini and Huawei with android. For Huawei, I canot even see cart and menu icons on top row next to logo.

Surprisingly, using old device like Sony xperia mini, or even nokia, related product actually opens, when clicked on thumbnail.

Can you please advice how to fix?
