    Hello,

    Can anyone help me identity why this product page is displaying awkwardly? Many of my other products display fine, but this one in particular has the shadow box thing displaying across it.

    Hi,
    Please provide url in a private post or use the Right-Click on element choose Inspect Element Option from menu in Chrome Browser to see what html div and css is causing this box to appear.

    Hi there,

    You needed to turn on Page Builder on product pages in Theme Options > WooCommerce Options. Although it seems it won’t enable. My guess would be that this is a plugin issue, can you try disabling any active plugins and seeing if you can use the page builder on products?
