    Hi

    I am looking into an addon that enables an inquiry button on certain products. What i have found is this: http://www.woothemes.com/products/catalog-visibility-options/

    Is Neighbourhood set up to work with this and do you guys have any experience with this functionality?

    Hi

    I tried to install the plugin, but i can’t even install it. It says that the plugin intall failed. If i try to upload via FTP, it doesn’t show in the plugin list. Am i doing something wrong or is the theme blocking it?

    The theme won’t be blocking it, please check with WooCommerce support.

    I figured it out. thank you.

    Now it is installed and i’m afraid that it doesn’t quite work as expected. When i set a product to show the inquiry button instead of the price, it just doesn’t show price nor “buy-button”.

    Can you please help me?

    You need to configure the plugin, I have just checked the settings and you have it set to only show prices to specific users (see screenshot)

    You also need to configure messages to replace the price / add to cart button.

    I just tested with twenty fourteen and twenty thirteen and the plugin doesn’t seem to work with them either, therefore it is not a theme issue. Please contact woocommerce support

    I just spent 8 days waiting for a reply from woocommerce just to be told that it is a theme issue!

    I just switched themes for a second and they are right! Can you please make this add-on work in all browsers asap. I have a client waiting for this to work.
