I have an ecommerce website and purchased the Neighborhood theme because it was supposed to be compatible with all mobile devices. After the 3.9 upgrade our product images no longer appear on mobile devices, we have checked Apple and android. Please advise if this is due to the upgrade and if so will there be a fix soon? If not, how do we determine why our product images don’t appear.

We have not had anybody else with this issue, therefore it must be something specific to your install. Can you confirm you are running the latest version of the theme and WooCommerce?

I can see that the version is 3.9. Is that the latest version? Website is http://www.allaboutmassageandwellness.com
Thanks,
MarcyJune 17, 2014 at 8:49 pm #83242Hello Again Kyle,
I was able to determine that the Woocommerce version that we are using is 2.1.9 and I think the most current version is 2.1.11. I also think that 2.1.9 should be compatible with mobile devises. The Neighborhood Theme version installed is 3.9.1.
Hope more complete information is helpful.

MarcyJune 18, 2014 at 8:06 am #83337The latest WooCommerce is 2.1.11 and the latest version of Neighborhood is 1.8

June 18, 2014 at 1:51 pm #83507Hi Kyle,
With that information determined can you help me learn what we should do to make our product images visible on mobile devices. I need to know what what to do to correct the problem. I have a ticket logged with our web developer to move your first suggestion of it being an install problem forward. I am wondering if there is anything else that you can think of that might help us fix this problem.
Thanks,
MarcyJune 18, 2014 at 2:22 pm #83517Could you try reupload the images to the products? It says that the file path is broken, but strangely only for mobiles

June 18, 2014 at 7:02 pm #83578Hi Kyle,
Let me see if I understand. Is the file path broken to mobiles on our website or is it a theme software broken path issue? If specific to our website then would that again go back to your comment that it is something specific to the install?
When you say to re-upload the product images do I need to delete all from the site then re-upload? Is there anything else that you can think of that I can try? If this does not fix our problem what would your next suggestion be? If Neighborhood should be compatible on mobile devices then I am lead to think there has to be a fix.
Thanks,
MarcyJune 19, 2014 at 7:15 am #83661Neighborhood is compatible with mobile devices, you can check our demo. We haven’t had anybody else experience this issue before. I will forward this to the developer to see if he can figure out why the images are not displaying

June 19, 2014 at 8:14 pm #83882Hi Kyle,
Please let me know if it is possible for us to have a phone conversation. I feel it would be useful for you and I to look at our site so we can log into it to determine if it might be an easy fix, but I would need you to be logged into the site with me.
Have you taken a moment to view our site on a mobile device to see the problem that we are experiencing?
I appreciate all your help and am anxious to learn what your developers say.
Thanks,
MarcyJune 20, 2014 at 8:03 am #83938Hi
I’m afraid we can only provide support via our forum. I did check the issue on my iPhone and experienced the issue, I have forwarded this to the developer as he is more likely to know what the problem is
Thanks for your patience

June 20, 2014 at 2:21 pm #84164Looks like an issue with your cloudflare setup, as i see the source is being replaced for:
data-cfsrc="https://allaboutmassageandwellness.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/FP_Bulk_GROUP-2-540x593.jpg"
It doesn’t seem to be loading the image. You’d need to take this up with them.
