Product images not showing in category page after updating the woo-commerce temp

Dear Support,

I am having a critical issue in the category page and the product page of my website. I just have updated these two woo-commerce templates file with it’s new version.
atelier/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php
atelier/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php

And after updating the templates, In category page, all the product images are disappeared, only the product details are showing for now. And in the product details page, the image carousel stopped working, all the images are coming one after another, and no thumbnails are showing for now. Please help me over it.

Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active whilst we investigate.

Thanks. I have updated the theme core files and the category page is fixed now. But the product page is still showing the same way without any thumbnails and images are coming one after another. check the link below -:

That is really strange, can’t figure it out.

I wonder if you site is blocking your JS from loading correctly. I notice you have the URL https but you have not changed this in the WP => Settings:

I have amended the url, and deleted all the cache but still the same issue. One important thing, i am sure if i get back the old version file (product-thumbnail.php) then it will work. Do you want me to revert it back to old version file? may be that helps you to find out the issue.

Yes, you can check now. I have revert it back to the old version of the file (product-image.php, Sorry i wrongly mentioned above as “product-thumbnail.php”, it is product-image.php) and it is working fine. It’s only when updating to the new version. May be you can find out the issue now.

The only difference I can see it’s the https warnings that existed in the console with the previous version, and that now are gone.

Sorry Rui,
We checked everything at our end but nothing seems suspecting in the SSL. It’s woo-commerce templates which creates this problem. If it’s SSL problem then it shouldn’t work even with the old template.

Can you update again to the latest version so we can see if the message appears again and why is that happening?
Can you also provide us ftp access in a private reply.
