Product images not showing after demo import, same for self created products.

Hi,
just installed a new version of your theme and after using the demo importer, product images on the main site are not showing (Whats New section).
On the product page they do appear.
Already checked the FAQ but no luck yet. I saw other people had the same problem but did not see the solution for it

Hi,

Theres is a problem in the import process, that isn’t importing the variations of the products.
That product slider asset only works with variable products and requires one image by each variation.

The other product assets uses the main product image, so that’s why you can see that one.
If you arent going to assign one image per each variation on your produts then you don’t need the preview product slider.

Thanks for your answer. I do understand. But where to change this product slider asset. As the generated shop page is generated automatically and I have no influence on the shown products. I need to use variations but only want to show 2-3 pictures in the preview of the shop page.

The slider will show each variation image you have added to the variation – can you clarify what you want to change?

sorry for the late answer. But now, it became urgent again:-)
Still no images showing on the shop page… All I want to show, is an image of the product on my shop page… Currently a slider without images is shown, although I added images to the product and to the variations as well…

Hi,

Can you disable all plugins except Woocommerce and SwiftFramework, so we can discard any plugin conflict?
Let us know the result.
