    We are working with a child theme of neighborhood and getting the following bug:

    On certain products the product thumbnail (and gallery) are not showing up on the product single page. For example on this one:
    http://manrooft.cyon.link/product/lanyard-nylon-standard/

    I checked the template code (did not change it) and realized the image gets hidden via the function aq_resize(). To me it seems to be an issue with the dimensions of the thumbnail. The images that are 800×600 work, but some smaller ones (like the example) dont.

    I’ve tried the woocommerce setting for image sizes without any result. What should I do?

    Hi

    Please check you have GD Image Library enabled on your server

    Thank you for your answer!

    We checked with our host and the library you mentioned is enabled. They reported the following error:

    “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare aq_resize() (previously declared in /home/manrooft/public_html/wp-content/plugins/vc-extensions-bundle/aq_resizer.php:233) in /home/manrooft/public_html/wp-content/themes/neighborhood/includes/plugins/aq_resizer-2x.php on line 2”

    And said we should contact the plugin developer. Can you help us?

    If you disable Visual Composer does it work?
