    The FTP settings look fine.

I need this issue resolved ASAP. I have had this problem for over 2 months now and I have not received one order in this whole time!

My customers are not willing to make a purchase because they cannot see my items.

@Mohammad – It’s still the featured image on the product pages that is the problem, I do see all the other images like hope shop etc. Please have a look at a single product.

Sorry that still wouldn’t cause the issue, can you enable Wp_Debug in the wp-config.php file to see if any errors flag up

Try disabling W3 total cache to see if the images return

@Kyle – They did not return, but it looks like disabling it broke some javascript on the frontpage

    Hi @leepattinson

Apologies for the delay in getting this resolved, it was a unique issue to your setup, I have added in some code to return the original image URL as the image file itself could not be found locally – this is likely down to hosting permissions. You don’t need to do anything else.

Please update your WooCommerce plugin though – it is very out of date.
