    Our product images are not showing the correct size on the homepage. Just about the top 1/4 of them are visible in IE. Have latest version IE10. Please assist.

    Hi,

    Make sure you are on the latest theme version, Can you try disabling all thumbnails, and try to regenerate the thumbnails using this plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

    We re-sized all of our images to ensure conformity. It is just in IE version 10 that images on the homepage of NEW ARRIVAL products are showing the incorrect size. They are ok in every other browser.

    Hi,

    Make sure you are having the latest theme version, and also all plugins disabled. and cached clear. If that still occurs after everything done, pass me the WP Login details, I will look in to it.

    This is what I see in IE10 – the New Arrivals images work fine, as does the effect when you hover them:

    Yes they are corrected now. It was a image lazy load option that fixed that. I apologize. I was wanting a response on another image issue. I will resolve this one. Thanks for your great support again.
