    Hi there,

My product images are not displaying and cart is giving fatal errors.

“Fatal error: Call to undefined method WooCommerce::show_messages() in /hermes/bosweb25c/b1452/ipg.wildheartswearcom1/meltingheartseyewear/wp-content/themes/meltinghearts/woocommerce/checkout/form-checkout.php on line 16”

Please check: http://www.meltinghearts.com and go to one of my products to check the issue.

I have disabled / activated woocommerce and no changes.

I see other people are having this issue as well.

    Best,

    Josh

    Hi Josh,

I cannot login with those details.

    – What theme version are you using?
    – Have you updated all plugins?
    – Have you updated the WP Core?

    Thanks

I cleared the cache / history and the website is still not working.

Please provide me a screen shot if you see different.

Your theme is very, very dated. It needs to be updated from Version: 1.55 to the latest: version 3.3.1: https://www.dropbox.com/s/661dfrmzfw1ctrp/neighborhood.zip?dl=0.

Please find our article on updating your theme: http://www.swiftideas.com/knowledgebase/how-to-manually-update-your-theme/.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

I updated the theme and the photos seem to display, thank you.

However, now my four column footer has seemed to disappear.

Any ideas how to recover this?

    Best,

    Josh

    Hi

Go to Appearance > Widgets and check if your widgets are still in the footer columns, if not, check ‘Inactive Widgets’ at the bottom of the page

So there are no widgets in the footer column widget areas? You’ll need to add some, as said in my previous post if you had already added some they may be found in ‘innactive widgets’
