    Hi,

    After updating both WooCommerce and the theme, the featured images of my products won’t show on the shop page. However, on the single product pages I can see the product images. Any idea what the problem might be? The images are still in the media library.

    Have you updated the theme to 2.4.2?

    The current version of the theme is 2.33, but I don’t see a notification in WordPress that I can update the theme.

    Thanks! Can we just overwrite the current version, or do we have to backup the theme settings first?

    Just override the current version via ftp, it doesn’t let you upload via WordPress

    Thanks, it worked.

    I have one other question: I set the Product Display Columns from 5 to 3 in the Theme Options, but I still see 5 columns in my shop. How can I fix this?

    Check that it’s not using the product asset on the page rather than it actually being the shop page
