My product thumbnails are all different sizes, the image size is higher than the size within the woocommerce settings. So I am confused as to why this is happening… also I want the thumbnails and product detail image to be a little smaller the same size used in the neighborhood template example.

Maybe you changed your Woocommerce settings after uploading some of the product images.
You need to regenerate all the images using this plugin.

January 26, 2015 at 10:25 pm #144480I did not change anything I uploaded my images and they came out different sizes
January 26, 2015 at 11:09 pm #144486You have some images with lower size than is specified in the Woocommerce settings.
Few examples:http://shopwilliamedward.com/dev/shop/pco-zip-up/

January 27, 2015 at 2:44 pm #144768It is still not working. All of the sizes are high.
January 27, 2015 at 4:43 pm #144840Picking this example you will see that the product image dimensions uploaded are 248 x 389

January 27, 2015 at 4:59 pm #144849I get that but in the thumbnails for p&co zip up it looks fine and the sikHate hat image thumbnail is smaller but they are both the same size. So I am asking that all the thumbnails need to be the same size despite what the size of the actual image is.
See attachment the p&co zip up thumbnail is fine but the hat is too small, why is that?

Upload the image from that product with resolution at least 540 x 720
Let me know when you have it.It was also good that you regenerate all the images using the plugin recommended earlier(That’s the plugin Woocommerce recommends).

I have changed the sikHate hat image size to 540×720 and uploaded it to the site it is still displaying a smaller size than the rest of the thumbnails. Majority of the images are of the required size and even some that aren’t still don’t show up in a smaller thumbnail.
Please reference attachments.
Thanks

January 28, 2015 at 4:11 pm #145212Kyle/Rui I have regenerate all thumbnails I have changed the sizes that are too small to the size required for woocommerce, and it is still not adjusting to what all the other thumbnails are doing.
Please reference attachments I have done everything, Its maybe 2 images that are under the size requirement and they show up perfect so why is it the ones that are bigger are showing up smaller.

Regenerated the images again, and the difference in the size on the homepage it’s gone.
Now the images that are not ok are only the ones that have a lower width or height than the settings. Those one stretch somehow. If you other images in those situations and regenerate the thumbnails it will be fine.
You can regenerate files individually so you don’t regenerate them all again.

Please make sure all of your images are bigger than the settings you have set
