product image sizes

Hi guys

Quick question… is there any where in the theme that would be cropping image sizes to 220×150? I have checked my media settings and none of those dimensions match this crop? I ask as I am using the mailchimp for woocommerce intergration and when it pulls through the store images to our newsletter, it’s cropping them to these dimensions and the images are pixelating. I have contacted mailchimp and they have detected it’s because the images are being cropped somewhere from the site. I have checked all image settings and can’t find where this would be so just want to check and see if it’s possibly a theme setting or rather something in woocommerce or wordpress.

Hi,

The theme would not interact with those plugins. It depends on what registered image size the plugin is requesting from WordPress, the support should be able to inform you of that.

WooCommere images are set in: WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display.
