    Hello,

Ok, this one is strange. Featured image is not showing up on product page but its thumbnail does in categories page (see attached). And this happens only to few of my products. I’ve tried re-uploading and re-swapping the same image to no avail. Changing to another image works fine however. I’ve tested it on other theme and it works fine too so it must be Cardinal that’s causing this issue. Any ideas on what’s going on here?

here’s the categories page with the product “Lorenzo Eggplant Wool Suit

    Thanks,
    Rob

Looks like you don’t have GD Image Library enabled on your server, please check

    Hello,
I’ve contacted my hosting company and they reassured that GD Image Library is enabled.

Again, i’ve tried switching themes and everything works fine so it must be something in Cardinal theme that’s causing this issue. Please advise.

    Hi,

Can you provide us admin access so we can check it?

    Hi Rui,

I’m very reluctant about giving out admin access. Sorry for being so paranoid. Is there any other way to debug this?

    Hi,

No problem you can create a specific user for the support team that you can disable after we check the topic or follow our instructions and this last option can take more time.

For now try to deactivate all your plugins except Woocommerce to discard any plugin conflict. Clear your cache after doing this.

Got this one fixed by renaming images. Very strange.
    Thanks for looking into it.
